The sixth cohort of the program was themed around "ASEAN". The launch ceremony and the first thematic seminar invited Mr. Algernon Yau, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, to serve as the officiating and sharing guest. The thematic seminars and visit activities were conducted around the theme.

Sharing guests included Ms. Irina Fan, Research Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Mr. Simon Loong, Founder and Group Revenue Officer of WeLab, and Mr. Qin Hong, Counselor of the Policy Research Department of The Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong S.A.R. In terms of visit activities, students went to Zhongshan City for study and exchange and also visited The Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong S.A.R, as well as the Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre.

The destination of the overseas study and exchange tour for the sixth cohort was Indonesia, one of the ASEAN countries, aiming to deepen young people's understanding of ASEAN and to explore the cooperation and opportunities between Hong Kong and Indonesia in economic, educational, and cultural aspects.
